How will I receive my order?
We will ship your product to your provided shipping address. We are associated with the best in the business company to handle your orders, so your products will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition
Is my order confirmed ?You will receive an email after placing the order with your order ID and other details. Once your details are verified the order will be shipped and you will receive the tracking details on your registered email ID. CANCELLATION & RELATED QUERIES
How do I cancel and order ?To cancel any order that has not yet been shipped, please send a request to contact [at] focusfixed [dot] com. After dispatch, the exchange policy is applicable. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel it.
Why am I not getting COD option on the payment page ?
It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at the PIN code provided by you but you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.
What should I do if my payment fails ?
In the case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not hindered/disconnected in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days For any further clarification, you can email us on contact [at] focusfixed [dot] com
SHIPPING & TRACKING
When will you ship my order ?
For all prepaid orders, the order will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order placed and will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days, depending on the location of shipping address.
How much do you charge for delivery ?
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India. An additional charge will be applicable for international orders.
How can I track my order ?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy ?
FocusFixed's returns policy accepts only exchanges/replacements for only printed T-shirts and not direct monetary refunds. We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 3 days from the date of delivery of order if the delivered item is defective or misprinted.
We currently do not accept return for fit/size issues. Please check the size chart properly before ordering.
How do I initiate a return for defective or misprinted T-shirts ?

- Order number & registered email ID
- Product Name
- Defect in the product
- Images showing the defect
